Glass Lined Reactor Seals Hydro-Serve GLR seals are factory assembled and tested comes in Single & double cartridge units complying with DIN 28138 ready to fit on Side entry Shaft steel and stainless-steel vessels in conformance with DIN27136. specially designed with Seal Support systems they are used in a wide number of applications and industries. The sleeve dimensions comply with DIN 28154 covering shaft design details. Besides this very standard vessel seal family, HST offers not only a wide choice of wet, dry, and gas lubricated agitator and cartridge seals in compliance with DIN, these seals are suitable for Top Entry Mixer with Glass lined shaft used for highly corrosive applications like Acid and Alkalis.

Bottom Entry Mixer Seal (2EB60C) are designed to be internally balanced in accordance with the product size. They remain closed in case of pressure reversal or pressure fluctuations. These seals are widely used in pharmaceutical and sugar industries with bottom entry autoclave. The seals are also used in full vacuum conditions in sugar plants with bottom entry pan circulators. These are available in single and double bearing arrangement as per requirement.

High Pressure Dual Mixer Seal (2FB14) are high pressure double seals that are used for top entry and side entry autoclaves & mixers. These seal are used in all kinds of mixers, reactors, driers in pharmaceuticals, paints, pulp & plastic industries. The seals are factory assembled with cartridge unit, therefore can easily be installed without disturbing the delicate mating faces. For larger shaft deflection special version with integrated floating bearing is provided.

The sleeve dimensions comply with DIN 28154 covering shaft design details. Besides this very standard vessel seal family, HST offers not only a wide choice of wet, dry, and gas lubricated agitator and cartridge seals in compliance with DIN, These are also suitable for Bottom Entry Mixer with SS-316 Shaft sterile applications like in food, life science, and biochemistry. Specially engineered solutions are available upon request.

Single Dry Running Mixer Seal (HR5) are widely used in top entry low RPM mixers & agitators. These self-balanced seals eliminates the requirement of shaft or sleeve step for balancing the seal, thus making it easy to install. These externally mounted reversed balanced seals and can easily be used in high vacuum conditions. The seals are available with cartridge, non-cartridge & with bearing assembly.
