The Low Temperature Metal Bellow Seal (MB1) are used for the elimination of elastomeric compounds in high temperature and highly corrosive media. The low temperature seals are free of dynamic elastomers thus fretting of shaft or sleeve is avoided in these seals. The seals can be used in highly viscous liquids and have self-cleaning & non-clogging construction.

Formed Metal Bellow Seal are directly applied on the pump sleeve. This eliminates the need of extra shaft sleeve.
Features:
They can be used to eliminate elastomers (rubber like parts) in the chemical process industry. Most chemicals and chemical combinations can be sealed with either a good grade of Viton or ethylene propylene.
Most solvents present a real problem for elastomer selection. Expensive materials like Kalrez and Chemraz are often the only solution. You would be better off if you could eliminate these special materials all together
